Parasitic wasp or Somekind of solitary Bee? -

Size: 11mm
I thought maybe this was somekind of Cuckoo wasp, Parasitic wasp or somekind of Solitary bee.?
Does anyone know?

Mason bee?
This is definitely a solitary bee, probably one of the mason bees, Osmia sp. in the family Megachilidae. Too robust to be a halictid, and there are few other metallic bees I can think of...
