Dytiscus dauricus
Only 3 female species, with sulcate elytra and metacoxal process with sharply pointed apex: D. alaskanus, D. circumcinctus and D. dauricus.
Now, D. alaskanus is smaller than 30 mm. D. circumcinctus has inner margin of eyes yellow, while D. dauricus has black along margin of eyes (which seems to be the case here). The measurement also fits the range of D. dauricus(30-40 mm) and not so much D. circumcinctus's range (27-34 mm)
