Hi Bing :-) This is
Trirhabda flavolimbata
, whose principal host plant is coyote brush (
Baccharis pilularis
), which as you know is very abundant at San Pedro Valley County Park (and elsewhere in our region). Looks like it somehow wandered onto something else here (poison oak?). This is a fairly late date for adults to be out.
