L. pulchella
My mistake. This specimen is
Leptomantispa puchella
, not
Dicromantispa sayi
. According to Cannings & Cannings (2006) there are only two mantidfly species in BC: the small
L. pulchella
and the wasp mimic
Climaciella brunnea
