What are these? Fleas?

What are these? Fleas?
Canton, Cherokee County, Georgia, USA
We had fleas in the house from our cat. Haven't seen an adult flea in over a month, but these keep appearing in the traps (along with gnats and spiders). Want to confirm if these are fleas in whatever stage, or if they could be something else. Really want to be done and move back into my downstairs areas lol.
