Palpomini


There have been photos of a number of ceratopogonids with blue eyes, black bodies and with white tarsi and black claws. I don't know what group the *actually* belong to, but as a photo of one such individual had been placed in the genus Bezzia someone should check the validity of such a possible identification or whether all of these individuals are at the very least members of the Palpomyiini.
