Oncopeltus sexmaculatus - 5th Instar -
Oncopeltus cayensis
Naples, Collier County, Florida, USA
December 8, 2007
Size: about 0.5 in.
I'm guessing this is a type of milkweed bug but I'm unable to narrow that down. Any ideas, please? Located on milkweed at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.

Thank You
Thank you John. Thanks for the link also. It will help me identify many photos of skippers I've yet to identify.

Thank you John and Hartmut
Thank you very much. The colors seem so defined and exact I wouldn't have guessed an instar stage. Given your inputs I would believe Oncopeltus sexmaculatus.
