Looks like it
I think that the green fringe on the wing indicates Chinese Mantid. Can you tell me if the Halticotoma valida looked like this...

I've been working on it for 3 months. I was pretty sure. I had a few local people look at it, but they would only say it looked similar and Halticotoma valida is know in NJ, but they couldn't confirm from an image unless it was sitting on a host plant.
