Jeff,
I need help with this one. R. Crawford says it's Cybaeus. However, I don't even see the family on bugguide. Maybe the taxonomy has changed? It could be C. reticulatus, tius, eutypus, morosus, or signifer.

 
That's
great. The reason you didn't see the family is we never had anyone who recognized the Cybaeidae genera. This is the first confirmed image!

I'm sure we have many images of Cybaeids that are misplaced under other genera due to an editor who thinks every spider that resembles this is Coras, Callobius, etc.

Unfortunately, I'm not good with these types of spiders based on images alone, and would have left your images here.

Anyway, here is the taxonomy info for your new addition:
Entelegynes>Cybaeidae>Cybaeus.
