Large, Mitey Ground Beetle - Pterostichus melanarius

Large ground beetle walking on hard floor at the park. I noticed it had a couple mites on it, but I think they may just be hitchhiking.

Although it's extremely similar, I don't think it's the same species as:

Pterostichus melanarius
An introduced European species.
