Small Jumper. Phanias? - Phanias

Small Jumper. Phanias? - Phanias
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
October 24, 2018
I was looking at Phanias species and believe this to be one of them. The closest one I could find visually was Phanias concoloratus, though I can also see it being Phanias harfordi.

Found climbing a single silken thread towards a tree at the park at 12:40PM. If I didn't grab it with my hands, I would have walked into it with my face.
