Kind'a on the fence between "subspecies"
The ones near the coast are most like "femoratus", while in dry inland areas they tend to favor "typical bivittatus" more. In overall coloring this looks like the later more than the former, but there are things about it (such as red hind femora) that favor femoratus. Even so, I think it more properly belongs with bivittatus if the two are distinguished.
