Possible Sawfly? - Yelicones nigromarginatus

Possible Sawfly? - Yelicones nigromarginatus
Near Smithtown, Monongalia County, West Virginia, USA
September 13, 2018
I have photographed these before, and never been able to find a matching image. I was going through Sawflies in your guide and thought there was some resemblance to a few of them, so thought I'd give it a shot! Sorry, only one decent image of this one. It wouldn't let me get too close. It came to a blacklight session in September, this year.

Thank you!!
Really appreciate this. I thought I went through all the Braconids, but I guess I just didn't go deep enough!
