Large Milkweed Bug group. - Oncopeltus fasciatus
Henryetta, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, USA
October 31, 2018
Is it common to see these this late in the year?
What is the next phase in their life cycle?

It's not unusual...
If you look at the Data Tab you'll see sightings into December. According to the Info Tab, they overwinter as adults, and may migrate south to escape cold temperatures.

Oncopeltus fasciatus

Not a problem
:)
