Male - Sweat Bee
Flagellum-to-base ratio ~3 = ♂
White tarsal segments = ♂
This might be something close to a male Augochloropsis metallica. Hold on for an expert.
The little Crab Spider was thinking that he is very big and yummy!

Thanks, Bob, for the guidance. Can you give me a recommendation for a key or other ID guidance?
And yes, the little crab spider was watching closely, but still a bit timid. I only saw it on the picture, which seems to happen a lot. They pop up here and there unexpectedly.

 
Yes
Keying from a specimens isn't quite as difficult as keying from images. For instance, the curved wing vein that indicates the family Halictidae cannot be seen here.
On the other hand, there are only two genera that I know of that have metallic green legs. The other one being a very different looking Bee, in another family. (Euglossa dilemma)
