ID Info?
How was this identified? I agree that it seems to key closest to abdominalis but it is out of range. From what I can tell, these need to be dissected and I kind of regret having tried to identify images at BugGuide for this genus in the past.

The coloration seems too yellow for abdominalis anyway

Not sure
After checking BOLD and rechecking Solis (2010), I'm guessing thestealis is more likely of the three and that at the very least, abdominalis is likely the same species. Solis says, "No internal differences were found with H. abdominalis and H. thestealis listed below. For the purpose of this paper, these two species were not synonymized with H. pertextalis."

Maybe fluctuosalis is better. I can't say. In any case, I would not move any thestealis-like images to species level.

H. thestealis, etc.
Assuming color here is reasonably accurate, it is unlike that of any thestealis/pertextalis/abdominalis I have seen on Block Island, though regional variation is of course possible. I’ve placed most of my own images to species based on the info in that paper, but it may well be the case that they are the same species. If they are different species, there are definitely some individuals with intermediate patterning that can’t easily be placed.
