Cyrtolobus sp. - Cyrtolobus - male

Cyrtolobus sp. - Cyrtolobus - Male
Wildwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, USA
May 13, 2001
Size: 5.6mm
Taken at mercury-vapor lamp in mesic upland oak-hickory forest.

At first I thought this was Cyrtolobus pallidifrontis, but the tegmina lack the smoky medial band. Perhaps C. ovatus or vau?

Cyrtolobus
Could be; but see comments under C. vau.
