he-she is lovely none the less... i need to figure out what he-she does for a living... pollinator or freeloader?? how do i know if he-she is male or female??

Why didn't you fix the sighting date?
We can't count the antennae segments in these images. So, we need to look for some other features, if visible.
The males have a white face and bigger eyes:
The females have thicker hairs on the hind legs:
They stand out better, when they are packed with pollen. I think that your's is probably a female.
