amoena or what?
Is there any reason not to move these great images to C. amoena?
Reiskind's article (1969) shows matching dorsal drawings; he lists two species in the amoena group: C. amoena and C. alteranda. Distributinion of C. alteranda is the northern central states and Saskatchewan; that of C. amoenda is eastern and southeastern USA, including Louisiana...

Awesome spider! Do you know if these occur in Oklahoma ?
I looked at the data for Entelegynes and it shows pretty much all of the US but Castianeira amoena shows only five states. But, one of those five is Texas so I wondered if they might show up in Oklahoma also.
