Habitat

Mostly arid regions(1)

Most common in the southwest, but extends north to Idaho and Wyoming.

Food

Coleoptera larvae.(2) Adults are often found on Eriogonum sp.

Life Cycle

Build underground nests in soil.

Remarks

Very uncommon, small wasps.
