Corticariinae in the Lathridiidae
Lathridiids have 3-3-3 tarsi, but they're hard to see. Tenebrionids 5-5-4 or rarely 4-4-4.

Size is super helpful.

Thank you! I can work with family name only, but if you want I can try to get a better shot. They are small and my photo skills through the dissecting scope aren't that good...

to get further than subfamily a high magnification, hi-res photo is needed of the mouthparts.
