Size: 0.03" 0.75 mm
Small wasp that hitched a ride home on my eyeglasses during a bike ride. Measured it's size using a loupe.

I'm pretty sure this is a member of the ...
.. family Eulophidae. It is very rare to find a member of this group with such a long ovipositor (although they are found in the genera Allocerastichus and Carlyeia).

Update 3 December: I no longer consider this a eulophid. Ross is probably correct calling this a pteromalid, specifically one of the subfamilies (Otitesellinae or Sycoryctinae) that were formerly placed in the Agaonidae (fig wasps). This may be the genus Heterandrium, but I cannot be sure of that.
