Rhopalidae would be my guess but that is about as close as i can get...
The red tint on the legs throws me off...

Not an ID
But some of the Hyaline Grass Bugs (Liorhyssus hyalinus) have red in them.

I think you are on to something
I think you are on to something with that image. With the exception of not being able to see the black outlined pattern on the wings, it looks exactly the same. Maybe it is the angle that makes it hard to see...
