Snakefly Larva?

Snakefly Larva?
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
November 29, 2018
Size: 1.5cm
I believe this is a Snakefly larva. I've seen one before, but it was much larger and much more active. I found this guy after I peeled back a tiny bit of wet bark on a Filbert Hazelnut tree. The size varied from 1.4cm to 1.7cm depending on how stretched out or compressed it was, with 1.5 being the most common size it took.
