subfamily Aphelopinae, the members of this subfamily do not have modified tarsi on the females.

These little guys really are tiny. They often have white on the clypeus and frons, and pale legs. They can be told from other small hymenops by the bethyloid venation and prominent stigma. They are important in the biological control of Grape Leafhopper.
