I can't seem to find an exact match.
C. quadrimaculatus - Close but...
C. bipunctatus - not as close...

Any ideas? Thanks AGAIN :)

I went through the images again a found a *somewhat decent* ventral shot and a better dorsal shot.

Please note the unusual shaped hind femora.

MCZ Collops images
the MCZ has 27 Collops types imaged, and yours looks similar to C. validus (seen here). But I note yours has darker tarsi and hind femur, and I don't know what the range of C. validus is.

 
The shape of those
basal antenna segments of this male are a very good match also

 
new name?
just checked Nearctica and Google and neither had this one listed. Perhaps it has a new name, or is not from NAmer?
