Symphypleona - Ptenothrix maculosa

Symphypleona - Ptenothrix maculosa
Packwood, Lewis County, Washington, USA
December 15, 2018
Size: 3-4 mm
This looks like the Ptenothrix maculosa ssp. olympia forma 1 that I photographed on Nov 25, 2018. The pattern is slightly different which should make it a different individual. I take this to mean that the color form is repeatable and the original one was not just an oddball. Am I on the right track?

You are on the perfect track, Bob. Well done. And excellent shots with great detail!
