I collected L. daturaphila in AZ, but there could be other striped species there.

Since they were on Datura, I would agree they're Lema daturaphila, don't you think ?

 
not necessarily...
they all like most solanaceus plants. Lema trivittata is also in AZ and will also feed on Datura. Read the Info page for both species. Looks like leg color is helpful, but not readily visible in your images.

OK...thanks to your tip, found that the tibiae of the L. daturaphila are nearly always dark to more than 1/2. I think 'mine' meet that criteria ?
