I believe this is...
Goes debilis - looks similar to Oncideres rhodosticta, but the latter has numerous small orange pubescent spots on the elytra. A more closely related species is G. variegatus, but that species has orange in the median pubescent band of the elytra, while in G. debilis this band is mostly whitish.
