Size: about 3 mm with legs
Parasitidae? On a lit cloth at night adjacent to a mixed conifer and deciduous woodlot.

Mesostigmata, Parasitidae a good guess but need a ventral view
Need to see the ventral side to look at structure of female sternal and genital plates. But Parasitidae is a likely taxon based on the general morphology.
