Harpalinae : tribe Oodini
is suggested by the Amara-like habitus with wide-based pronotal outline that curves strongly anteriorly. I see at least one dorsal elytral puncture which rules out Amara. Not much detail shown here but try searching member genera like Oodes and Stenocrepis. I'm open to other thoughts.
