Not sure which plant species this is--it is a garden planting in the Apocynaceae--a shrub. The mine looks like Liriomyza schmidti or Marmara.

If you can find out, it would be a nice addition to our list... might it be a species of Rauvolfia, which is a recorded host outside of North America?
