One adult has already emerged--not a great specimen, but maybe there will be others.
Apparently
Sphagneticola trilobata
is now the preferred name for this plant.

It looks like there might be more than one type of miner here?
I agree that the mines in the above photo look like
Astrotischeria
, with no frass and with the circular "nidus" of silk. The ones in the next photo seem to have frass inside? I'll be very interested to check these out; I've only seen linear
Liriomyza
mines on this host.
