Sorry, but I am unable to confidently identify this mayfly male subimago, even to family level. However, if anyone else believes they know what it may be, please be encouraged to voice your opinion.

 
Actually I tried
using wing venation and my aquatics book but then kept changing the family. It's a cute little one though.

Nixe inconspicua
Based on further research, I believe this male subimago to be of genus Nixe, probably Nixe inconspicua.
