Helophilus fasciatus? Helophilus fasciatus - Helophilus fasciatus - Female

This appears to be Helophilus fasciatus. If it's correctly identified, it's the first January record for Bug Guide as far as I can tell. Although I don't have a good estimate for size, it's bigger than the Palpada that I'm accustomed to seeing.
