Azevedo, C. O., I. D. C. C. Alencar, M. S. Ramos, D. N. Barbosa, W. D. Colombo, J. M. R. Vargas, and J. Lim. (2018). Global guide of the flat wasps (Hymenoptera, Bethylidae). Zootaxa 4489 (1): 001-294. https://doi.org/10.11646/zootaxa.4489.1.1
The only world revision of Bethylidae since Kieffer (1914). Diagnoses, taxonomic evaluation, keys, and a checklist of all extant genera and subfamilies are provided. Examining over 400,000 specimens from museums around the world, this work has contributed 153 new or revalidated combinations, 16 new genus-group synonyms, 11 species with revalidated status, and 1 synonym. The genus-group synonym Pristepyris Kieffer was revalidated as a senior synonym of Acrepyris.

A synopsis of the American Bethylidae (Hymenoptera, Aculeata) By Evans HE Bulletin of the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard College 132: 1--222, 1964

This one is probably missing revisions/modifications described in Evans' 1978 work (1) but at least it's freely accessible and downloadable.

The Sting of the Wild: The Story of the Man Who Got Stung for Science By Justin O. Schmidt John Hopkins University Press: Baltimore, MD, 2016
This book is useful in dispelling myths about broad groups (particularly the oft-maligned Mutillidae). The Appendix contains the rankings for 83 species and includes all ranked species. It's also worth noting that this does mean that the majority of species are unranked, so caution should be taken in creating sweeping claims (as often done on rather erroneous Internet memes).
