With 5.9 mm ovipositor. Came to porch light, oak woods N of Muddy Cove, Tisbury Great Pond. Larger image.

May need to also consider Hymenochaonia. Regrettably, almost the entire subfamily has long been conflated under a single genus on BugGuide.
