Collected by coleopterist David Almquist. Collected in a pig dung pitfall (11-26 June 2001) in a moist/mesic hammock.

Any ideas as to species?
I collected what seems to be an identical specimen from a pitfall in Charlotte County FL this year. Curious as to whether it can be identified to species.

(Looks pretty close to the pictures of H. sparsus in the guide.)
