Reared from September 10, 2002 Paonias myops caterpillar from cherry. Eclosed May 25, 2003.

Consulting Tuttle's Hawk Moth
Consulting Tuttle's Hawk Moths of North America, the only Ichneumonid he has listed for Paonias myops is Conocalama canadensis. Despite not seeing the red abdomen here, I wonder if that is a possible match.

Looking a bit further, Thyreodon (atricolor?) looks more likely.
