E. texanus
I am pretty sure it's Enicospilus texanus and not E. americanus based on this image .
I referred to the key and illustrations from "The species of the Enicospilus americanus complex (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) in eastern North America" by Ian Gauld in 1988.
Cool find.
E. glabratus is really common where I live in CA and they're easy to pick from the rest with a nice wing shot like this.
