Yes, a very young mole cricket nymph. Very cute! This is most likely Neocurtilla hexadactyla but based on location it could also be Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa (European introduction), and I am unfamiliar with young nymphs of that species. Adults from the same area would be good for ID (shots of the inner side of the forelegs are especially helpful!)
