Paracotalpa leonina
I have taken many by net in Jan. or Feb. Bishop down to lone Pine, 5,000 to 3,000 feet . Cheers ! Geno

It looks like Pericotalpa leonina? Or P. ursina? It's either a little bear or a little lion :-)
