Is this an Orchard Bee or a Sweat Bee? - Osmia - male

Is this an Orchard Bee or a Sweat Bee? - Osmia - Male
White City, Jackson County, Oregon, USA
January 31, 2019
Size: 1/4" or maybe 1/3"
I thought this was a sweat bee though it's quite large.
I was told it might be an Orchard Bee because of its wings.
Would anyone know what it is?
I'm sorry for the bad details on this image, it is an artistic shot not meant for clinical study but I hope there is enough to go on for an ID.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Male
OK, I checked the "Adult" box for you, since he isn't a child anymore.
The reason for choosing the genus Osmia is the combination of these visible characters: (since I can't see his wing-veins)
1) - Long hairs
2) - Fat abdomen shape
3) - Shiny metallic legs
4) - Dark tarsal segments on a male

About the lifespan, I'm not exactly sure how long they can live. Hopefully an expert can tell us more about that. See the forum article here.
