Horned Spanworm Moth
Usually these (males) are more heavily marked up, with lots of extra lines and some dark blotches, but not always.
Please compare
Nematocampa resistaria
:
The flattened PM line on the wind-wing seems odd.
- or -
Baggett's Spanworm Moth
,
Nematocampa baggettaria
is also a good possibility for your location. The shape of the outer margin of the hind-wing is flat or smoothly curved. (not pointed) However, the
missing discal spots
are throwing us back to the images above.
BOLD has two separate species bins for this taxon, for some reason. (baggattaria/baggettaria) This could be a spelling error. (probably) However, all of them have the hind-wing's outer margins shaped like your's.

Yellow Moth
Seems to be a little mystery on the identification of this one. I am yet to see a photo looking just like the one I submitted but I do realize that there can be variations to any description. Thanks again for commenting on this moth.
