Size: 2 mm
This was found in a bag of several different plants I had collected to identify, but the particular plant it was on was Carex brunnescens, which had some possible weevil feeding damage to the fruits.
Edit: I think it was actually associated with Cardamine pensylvanica; see comment below.

Cardamine
Amazingly, I have a record of what other plants were in that bag: five Carex spp. + Cardamine pensylvanica. Since Ceutorhynchus is mostly associated with mustards, and since I found this one on Cardamine bulbosa,

that must have been the plant I actually collected it with.
