Ligidium sp.
Are these pictures all of the same individual? First shot looks like Ligidium latum per the small dorsal tubercles. Other two photos seem to be of L. gracile (more elongated body, relatively smooth dorsal surface.) This paper has a nice key to Oniscidea in the bay area: https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/15776329#page/317/mode/1up
