Probably immigrans
I think it's a male Drosophila immigrans. If it is, the dark bands on the abdomen will be broken along the midline.

 
I collected it from the same compost bin
at the exact same moment of this one:

The remainder of this specimen is probably too damaged for proper recognition (when I removed the wing), but I'll check it for the dark bands on the abdomen to see if they are broken along the midline. Thank you John!
