Not an ID
I may be way off, but I thought the eyes MAY be Running Crab Spiders (Philodromidae)?

I thought it might be a running crab spider also but I'm not sure either. Cool looking little dude though. Blended in with the rocks really well with its colors.

Can't tell if it meets the criteria here but Tmarus sure looks right.
