Looking over the 5 Xerochlora species images in MPG - inveterascaria (Hodges 7079) seems closest. Also SE Arizona range indicated on MPG map data. Submitted for ID confirmation or other opinion. On sheet with UV black light.
Also perhaps 7039 – Nemoria strigataria - is a possibility.
