Moved from ID Request.

Well, it undoubtedly belongs ...
... to the subfamily Haltichellinae, but I can't tell if it is a Haltichella, or perhaps a Psilochalcis. One key characteristic is the wing venation (is the marginal vein RIGHT on the margin, or a little separated; is the postmarginal vein absent or present?), but I can't see that in these images.

postmarginal vein is absent
After closer examination of the wing, I can see no postmarginal vein after the stigma and the marginal vein is NOT directly on the margin.
